Does ODAG work when accessing Qlik Sense through a phone

I have a client that uses ODAG to generate customer level pricing apps.

They would like to use the ODAG selector/app generator from their mobile phones, but I can't fine the Generate button when accessing the app from a phone.

I can see the Generate button when using an iPad both through a browser and through the mobile app.

Is the ODAG functionality not available on phones, or am I just not looking in the correct place when using my phone?

Can you please provide your version information for both Qlik Sense and the Qlik Sense Mobile App?

We are using Nov. 2019.
The generate button shows from an iPad, but not from any variety of phone we tried.
It also does not show up on phones through any of the browsers we tried: Safari and Chrome for sure and I think from firefox as well.

Hi @lennyvz1  - 

I apologize for the delay. I confirmed with my team that ODAG should work on the QSM Devices.

If the Generate button is not showing this could be an issue with the actual Client.

Are you able to create a Support case for this so we can investigate further?
