SaaS Editions of QlikSense Mobile

Hi Gurus,

I' am try to login to Qlik SaaS using iPad and Android phones. I downloaded the Qlik app for SaaS editions of Qlik Sense and added the subscription as well. But when trying to login it shows 'Error Logging in'.

To mention  here that the requirement is to have a single sign on through Okta. Now I have already configured Okta on the management console and it works fine. But when I try to login using Qlik App on my mobile then it gives error.

Error screenshot is also attached. kindly advice

Please check that the Okta configuration matches this article.
If that doesn't help, are you able to share the logs here? You can collect them by following these instructions. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to open a support case with all the details and the above-mentioned logs.
