Hello!
One of our users gets the error "You have exceeded the maximum number of session" in the mobile app.
We have tried different solutions:
- Closed all sessions of Saas in google chrome (PC).
- Deleted cache and data for the mobile app.
- Re-installed the mobile app.
But he still get the error.
Please, could you advise?

Please have the user try the below steps and confirm if that resolves the issue.
1. In the cloud hub, open your profile menu and click Profile settings.
2. In the Personal Settings module, select Qlik Sense Mobile.
3. Click Log out all devices to log out all devices listed on the page.
4. Confirm the log out.
