Hi,
to have access to a database you need a program to give you access to. In databases like Microsoft SQL or Oracle there are standard ODBC drivers to give you access to. But SAP is not a "normal" database. There are some internal tables and they buliding a table you can see in SE16n like KNA1.
To have access to, you can use for example Qlik SAP Connector. This gives you the possibility to select tables and fields and load datas.
If you have update your SAP to S4Hana, you can use the Hana ODBC Connector. With that you don't have to pay for another software, but you have to pay to SAP to load datas.
