How to check what spaces every user of my company has access to?

My company is moving from one tenant to another and I have been asked to verify which spaces each user has access to so I can provide them with access to similar spaces in the other tenant.

How can I do this?

Hi @artmar

just use the Access Evaluation App from the Monitoring Apps.
It shows you a detailed report which user has which role in which space.

If there are no monitoring apps deployed on your tenant.
You can install them with this Automation template:

Thank you very much! The Access Evaluator app indeed does the trick.

Do you also know by chance if it's possible to download an Excel file from a pivot table inside that app? I can't figure that out unfortunately.

Hi @artmar ,

just right click on the object and choose download in the context menu

Then a new window will appear, where you can choose "Data" to get an .xlsx file.
