Limit basic users general view of the Tenant

Hello,

I am trying to limit the view for basic users who have only view permisions for some apps.

Basically I want to costumize what they see under the Create section, so they can only create alerts and subscriptions.

Is it possible?

I tried that but I couldn´t find any role that limits creation of data connection, scripts, Data Flow and other concepts within the Creat block.  
I tried to costumise a new role but still those concepts cannot be configured.
