Hello everyone,
We have a subscription in Qlik SaaS with 1,000 monthly minutes. We recently exceeded this limit, and no user was able to access dashboards beyond the allocated minutes. However, we noticed that the system is reporting a consumption of over 1,400 minutes (indicated by a red line), which is confusing.
Our questions are:
We would appreciate clarification on how these minutes are tracked and whether they impact our future usage.
Thank you in advance for you feedback
Miguel
@MigueldelCampo We don't use Analyzer Capacity licenses so I can't speak directly to your concern. However, have you looked into their new Capacity model with Full and Basic users? I am currently reviewing it but wanted to get your take since you use the Analyzer Capacity licenses which is more similar.
Based on what was previously stated, we recently started using Analyzer Capacity licenses. We know that users who do not have an Analyzer or Professional license can access the dashboard by default Capacity, but access to spaces is managed through a connection to Active Directory groups, ensuring security both from Qlik and from the infrastructure area.
Evidently, the user who excessively consumed these minutes was the one viewing an access reports dashboard. Clearly, it should not have been a Capacity license, but… lesson learned.
Hi!
Qlik SaaS typically resets usage at the start of the billing cycle. However, it's worth confirming with Qlik Support
if you have capacity based license then "Detail Consumption report"
Follow below link for more reference on how to generate.

Great share, I didn't know this report existed. Shame it's only available when you switch to capacity model. Are you currently on the new capacity model?
