Error access Denied

Hi Everyone. I gave permissions to a user in section access and also I gave permissions in the spaces and roles. But I cant access to the app. I'd appreciate any help.

This is my section access:

Hi @limonQSense , Is this app working fine with out section access ? This needs some investigation with backend logs. Please open a support case with Tenant ID, App ID, user details and Timestamp for further investigation. Thank you.

Is the below the complete section access?

LOAD * INLINE [

Name ,ACCESS, USERID,

olimon ,USER, auth0|a08D00000, TODO, TODA

];

Seems you have more values than the defined fields.
