If using an IdP and the user is removed from the IdP, does the user name indicate inactive in the QMC?
In the on-prem product, removing a user from AD switches the user to inactive in the QMC.
Good morning @mgranillo ,
If a user is deleted from you own IdP, the user will not showed as disabled on the Management Console on Qlik Cloud.
Cheers,
Albert
@PrashantSangle correct, the only exception to the above is if you're using AzureAD as IDP and have configured auto-provisioning. In this case IDP changes to users/groups can be propagated into the Qlik Cloud tenant.
Cheers,
Albert
Hello @mgranillo ,
As of today, that would be the case.
I would strongly suggest to raise an idea an Ideation to have further insight if more IdPs could have such feature, that basically, as per my technical understand, also relies on a protocol on IdP side so not only on Qlik Clud. Also for further enhancements please raise an Idea on Ideation platform to have Qlik's insights.

@Albert_Candelario , does it mean that we have do delete it manually from console?

@Albert_Candelario Do you know if there is anything on the roadmap for this? I'm thinking this would be a big problem for tracking tokens. What if we have a lot of turnover on on professional license users? Will those licenses stay assigned until a Qlik admin manually identities who is inactive and delete the user?

related to this, does qlik have any best practices on how to manage licenses in SAAS/QCG? I have not found any docs on this yet.
Hello @Ken_T,
Thanks for posting.
Would you mind raising a new thread in our Community and add more details on what you are looking for.
Thanks in advance!
