Integration between Qlik Cloud and Splubk

are there any native integrations to store the Qlik Cloud logs (Events) into Splunk Enterprise?

Not that I am aware, usually is the way around you connect Qlik Cloud to Splunk to fetch data from Splunk into Qlik Cloud, see:
