Migrating users and apps from qlik sense to cloud (email column blank)

In qlik sense migration- users and apps export tab, email id column is blank.

Please help with the requirements and configuration of the email. 

Followed all the steps mentioned in the migration center help, there are still blank email ids and apart from that all the other user information names, roles present.
