Qlik Answers has been a great solution to allow clients to get value from their unstructured data. One use case that drove innovation for its use was to provide definitions and help documentation around a large enterprise applications with 3k+ users. The challenge was in user experience. Having to navigate out of the application to access the Answers solution was not ideal.
