2 data field results match, and return result from a 3rd data field

I am building up chart expressions for my team, I have a question:

as the subject title suggests, I am constructing a logic that allows me to match 2 data field results, and then return a result from the 3rd data field, i.e.

Country	Sales Person	Turnover
France	Thierry	EUR 5,000
France	Hugo	EUR 2,500
Germany	Julian	EUR 3,200
Italy	Alex	EUR 2,000

if([Country] = 'France' and [Sales Person] = 'Thierry', [Turnover])

Should the above expression be written this way?

Thanks for confirming, I have a separate question:

Country To	Country From	Sales Person	Turnover
France	France	Hugo	EUR 500
France	Germany	Julian	EUR 600
Germany	Germany	Marco	EUR 2,500
Italy	UK	Michael	EUR 4,500

Will we be able to construct an expression like this:

if([Country To] = [Country From], [Sales Person])

sum(if([Country To] = [Country From], [Turnover]))
