Account problems and Download Page

Good day! I have been given a trial version of QlikSense Enterprise, but I cannot download the installation file. Because After downloading, only QlikView is available to me. It also fails to log in to the Support Portal - always redirects to the portal main page...

Hi @vasiliy_211 

Have you tried to access to the portal on a different browser? Sometimes you just need to clear cache of your web browser and that fixes the problem.
