Add External Users into Qlik Sense Active Directory?

Hi All,

To achieve Row Level Security and SSO, I want to add the external users into Qlik Sense User directory from Salesforce.

I can use SAML Authentication for SSO but not sure how to add external users into Qlik Sense User directoryto achieve Row Level security.

I did not try to integrate with Salesforce, but SAML. New users are added automatically in format domain\user on the first login.

In terms of Qlik Sense user is combination of DIRECTORY\USER ID

When you set up SAML or JWT it is required to fill in these parameters

When user login to sense account will be added to users list automatically.

I think your question is "How should I give permissions and licences to external users?"

To achieve it you can use mapping token attributes <-> sense ones. Then you can use these attributes in security rules section.

I have questions, I cannot manually enter the User ID for each item. How should I perform it dynamically.
