Authentication error

While using  Qlik Sense Desktop, we have seen some users facing issues with authentication. Users are reporting the following error message:

Failed to authenticate against the selected server. Please make sure your internet connection is working and try again.

Using version : Qlik Sense Desktop August 2022; version : 14.78.5

The error message indicates the connection between the client and Qlik Sense server is blocked.  Are these users in a different network? Or do their client computers have any security or antivirus programs to block the connection? Can these user access Qlik Sense site from their computers?

Having the problem the users can access the qliksense from thier computers
