Can we export table data in form of excel to a shared location in Qlik Sense

Hello All,

I have a requirement as below:

From a Qlik sense Dashboard, user will select the filters value such as region,country,year,month and click on a button, after which the tabe box showing some columns like region,country,year,month will be able to exported to a shared path other than downloading locally.

Please advise if some solution at earliest.

Are you using Qlik Sense on Window or on SaaS?

@shabaan33  This sounds more likely the settings in browser not in Qlik Sense. For example, you can change the default download location to a shared folder in Chrome  Change download locations 

But it may impact other downloaded files outside of Qlik. So it will be better to turn on "Ask where to save each file before downloading"

Actually on a click of a button it should work, also  no need to do setting change since we are having more than 100 users.

it should be automatically exported to the shared path.

In order to create a personalized destination, you might have to utilize nprinting and generate the output in the form of an Excel file.

Yes i understand the N Printing approach, but its is required to generate excel and send to a shared location from Qlik Sense Dashboard from click of a button.

Please help in this case.

Currently Qlik Sense does not have feature to export to custom location.

You can leverage N-Printing and N-Printing task can be triggered from Qlik Sense app.

Hi @Suraj_Maraje ,

Yes i have created a report in N Printing and then used the On-Demand-Reporting from Qlik Sense Dashboard bundle in Qlik Sense. But on click of that it is still downloading the reports to local folder.

Also if there is any other we can trigger N Printing report so that the exported file goes to shared folder, please guide..
