Colour based on Program start date and End date

We have a data as pasted below,

Program	Epic	Start Date	End Date	Duration
PO	CJM	1/1/2023	3/31/2023	89
PO	Product	4/1/2023	6/30/2023	90
PO	Marketing	7/1/2023	9/30/2023	91
DM & O	Source	1/1/2023	2/28/2023	58
DM & O	High level	2/1/2023	3/31/2023	58
DM & O	Data Migration	4/1/2023	6/30/2023	90
DM & O	Database	7/1/2023	9/30/2023	91
S & P	Platform	2/1/2023	11/30/2023	302

There N number of Programs, and the requirement here is to color code based on the Start ,End date & Duration, Can we do that in a Bar chart

we are able to the solution till here but the requirement here is to color code start, & duration based on the Program, but in the Bar chart we are unable to  get this, can you please help us on this
