Connection failed in Log server folder in license Monitor Application in Qliksenser

Hi Team,

  In Qliksense License Monitor Application the below error occurs. Please help on this ..

The following error occurred:

Connection not found: ServerLogFolder

The error occurred here:

for each textFile in FileList(logName & '*.' & extension)

Data has not been loaded. Please correct the error and try loading again.

This suggests that the user who is executing the reload cannot see the folder data connection named ServerLogFolder. This is what the user should be able to see:

You can always create a security rule if the user cannot see this data connection (as well as any other which are needed by the reload process).

Alternatively, the app can be reloaded through the QMC and avoid this lack of permissions.
