Creating links for buttons

Hello All,

I have to add Hyperlink for filtering option instead buttom,

I ahve Select All CNLevel Hyperlink is there , when I click on it it selects all records from filterpane.
I ahve added it as a Button but I need it as HyperLink, How to do that?
