Data handling condition not recognizing negative values

Hi,

I am facing issue in Datahandling condition.  I need to suppress records with negative sales Values (highlighted in below screenshot. My expression for sales value = Sum({<source_file_name={'CLOSED_PERIOD_SALES'}>}Amount_USD).

I have condition in data handling "if(Sum({<source_file_name={'CLOSED_PERIOD_SALES'}>}Amount_USD)<0,1,0)"  and unchecked include zero checkbox in datahandling. It should give me these negative records, instead it does not give me any data.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong here, Can anyone please help me with this issue.
