cuando accedo con mis credenciales, no aparecen las opciones del site de descarga , como aparece en el menú de ayuda
salen las opciones de descarga de los programas free pero no el software para desgarar el datatransfer

de modo que no se si hay algún problema con mi usuario o que el adminsitrador no me ha dado los pernisos necesarios

To access the download page, you need to have a customer/partner profile. It might be possible that you profile is not synced with your business account. This can be updated by our Customer support team.
However, you can also download Qlik data transfer from your SaaS tenant by performing the below steps:
Login to tenant >> Navigate to Profile settings on top right corner >> Under "Other" menu, select Tools >> You will see Qlik data transfer option
