Error 1503 : Qlik Repository Service could not start on Local Computer

Hi,

I have been facing an issue while restarting the Qlik Services, i was able to start QRD and QSD but while starting QRS i got can error stating "The service did not respond to start or control request in a timely fashion" . 

i tried the solution from this link > https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Sense-Deployment-Management/Qlik-Sense-2-0-1-Cannot-start-service...  but this didn't work for me.

Can anyone please help me out with this.
