Flashing - animated Measure to

Customer wanted to have something Flashing on the screen when Expression is ( > a Treshold)

This Extension allows the user to

a) Enter a Measure

b) set the Target value

c) Set the font size

d) Set the Id of the object

If the condition is matched then the Flash animation background with the value will be displayed otherwise nothing will be displayed.

Aim: GIVE AN ALERT only when there is an issue.
