HAH ! I made the same mistake once before. You've imported that certificate into your PERSONAL cert store on the server. That ain't gonna work as it isn't available to Qlik to use, or anyone that isn't your user. When you get the cert from your provider, you have to match it up with the CSR request that you made earlier.
When you do that, it's a piece of cake.

Did you complete the Certificate Server Request ?
I think you should create a pfx certificate format with the private key for your purpose.
