How to show dynamic filter in qliksense like (current month to -4)

Hi Team,

I want show filter dynamically like report need show current Month to -4 months.

please find the below screenshot for your refrence.

when we select the filter my original dashboard should display accordingly based on filter selection

Would a dynamic filter in Set Analysis be a solution for you?
