Month to Month % change

I have a dates that show sales for the different month's column and I want to present a  bar graph that represents a % change one month to another month. Kindly help on the formula i can do this

If you do it in chart the above() function would be a good way to do it.

( sum(Amount)-above(sum(Amount)) ) / above(sum(Amount))
