Not able to Access Qlik sense Hub by Public IP Externally

Hi Gurus,

I am not able to access the qlik sense hub externally by using Public IP.

when I am accesing the hub,I am able to see login page with an Error "Java Script Disabled",

If I add Ip in Local Interanet site ,I am able to acess the hub.

I have attached the screenshots.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.
