Priority wise

I want to calculate the priority based on type and task. which is mentioned in Excel with sample data.

if can anyone suggest on the same.

I feel its working as expected ,,in your attached file for  running fine expression  < then the sla  ,I changed to Lessthan .

I have some doubts here

1. I need the ticket numbers only instead of count 1,0  I want to show the  Numbers like MM3456778,MM3528829  like for all the critical,breached and all.

2. for bg colour am givning for low critical blue, and running fine  green I have given but it is not working why ?  -   

Bg colur working  .

3.As I have more than 15 dimensions lets assume what might be the expression?  will I include all other dimension aggr by  in expression or anyother at?

4. And I want to add one more  measure like  " Time left to breach sla " -it means ( elapsedtime-SLA time     )

Hi,

1) I have changed Count to 'number'

3) Aggr needed only for Pivot Table, I have removed them.

4) I added Expression.

Ok, this way seems correct.

If You want show Time format hh:mm:ss then see my old expression

Time(Time#(TimeField,'ss'))
