I have a user in the entiltement analyzer app that switched from analyzer to professional and my alert is set on user who dont user qlik after 3 months, so my altert shows this users analyzer profile was 3 months ago using qlik, but she is a professional now. i am frustrated, pls help, everything is updating but the dimension entiltment consumed does not update
