I received an email from the Qlik Partner Network and there was a live link in the email that took me here: http://learn.qlik.com/n0Bt0Ps02FwO0KM0QE1151q I don't see any information on Qlik Sense 2.2 Beta. If there is an updated link, I'd be interested in learning more about it.
