Qlik Sense Desktop 2.1.1 hangs/freezes on Win7 SP1

I just installed Qlik Sense Desktop 2.1.1.0. I had 1.sometihing before. Now when I open the program I can open example solution, but when I try to go back to the hub sheet or close the opened sheet, nothing happens. Program just freezes for about 30 sec. I cannot close any open tabs.

Any idea what is causing this kind of behavior?

Could you please conform me what is the version in the HUB?

On the http://localhost:4848/dev-hub/ it says in About box 2.1.1 +Build:22.origin/release/ms13
