Hello Hi ih,
This is not possible with the FREE Qlik Sense Desktop, it is restricted to local development / usage only on the local workstation. If you want FREE sharing or a team development approach (licensed), you might want to pursue the Qlik Sense Enterprise Server (affordable token licensing) or investigate usage of the FREE Qlik Sense Cloud.
More information on these topics can be found here:

What benefit would one derive from using a browser against http://localhost:4848/hub/ give one ?
As opposed to using the Desktop Client, that one would have to have up and running anyway.
Thank you!
Hi Bill - there are a few benefits, I will elaborate for others on this thread - (some you may already know) not in particular the /hub URI, but other URIs such as single and workbench.
Such as accessing the workbench utility or the single facility. These tools enable one to get started with learning how to embed and integrate Qlik Sense using our robust APIs and only can be accessed from localhost:4848
Examples and videos here:
https://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-6932#mashups
Also troubleshooting, responsive design and seeing how other browsers may render etc or simply viewing in different supported browsers, etc. using the browser dev tools, etc.
As you know Qlik Sense Desktop / Qlik Sense Enterprise are built on the same core web technology - the Desktop interface is just a wrapper to make it easier to use locally on a Desktop.
Let me know if you have any more questions. If so, please post them to a new discussion thread.
Thanks
Hope this helps
