Qlik sense Desktop Error- "You can't access the selected hun because you have no access pass".

Dear All,

We are authenticating the Qlik Sense Desktop but its fails with  below error -

"You cannot access the selected hub because you have no access pass."

We already provided professional access to user.

Kindly suggest.

Hello ,

Please confirm the following:

1. The user has a license assigned
2. The use can access the Qlik Sense hub and open an application
3. Confirm the Qlik Sense Desktop Auth link has been completed
