Only the App owner himself can transfer the ownership ? What about Analytics admin - can he /she change the ownership of an app to someone else even if it's not personally owned ? I need to be able to duplicate / export an app owned by my colleague. what is the possibility ?
App ownership can be changed from QMC. Permissions can be granted to do this via hub, but I don't think any of them are in the default rules so an administrator would have to add an appropriate security rule to do this.
