Trouble with filtering by NAME and YEAR

Hi all,

I'm trying to make a button for work where I can see data for certain countries and by year.

I currently have a data set with many countries and years.

This is what I'm trying to do but its not working.

=if(GetFieldSelections(Country('USA','IRL','FRA','DEU','RUS'),1,0))) AND if 'fiscal year'=2017

Help would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks!
