Using Qlik to visualize one-off data sets

I'm trying to figure out if I can leverage our enterprise Qlik account for one-off data visualization.

The use case: We collect quantitative data from about 10 user evaluations, where we collect about 100 data points per user. We want to slice/dice this data based on what part of an application they were using. Maybe put means and min/max bars.

Is there a way in Qlik to just upload a spreadsheet and then use Qlik to slide/dice/visualize? Much like I might do in a statistics package like JMP?

Ideally, I'd like to run some statistics. But that's not essential and I don't think Qlik does stats.
