Vizlib filters and its selections

Hi,

So i have two filters : 

Dropdown Vizlib filter, Buttongroup vizlib filter - 

Dropdown vizlib filter dimension1 has values - Search,Social,Display

Buttongroup vizlib filter dimension2 has 7 values one  of them is Channel Name

My requirement is :

Only When 'Social' is selected from dimension1 filter,  Channel Name button should get activated else it should be disabled from other selections,

So what should i do or what set analysis should i apply?
