As of today my activity and points awarded don't seem to update anymore. My activity shows content till yesterday while I posted several replies today. Points are also not added, is there an issue with the points system?
Thanks for your patience as we worked to resolve the points issue. As Sunny and Peter pointed out, the points system began working again this afternoon. You should see an update of points that were accrued during the outage and see updates to the Activity listings as well, with a timestamp of this afternoon for any activities that occurred during the outage.
I am still awaiting final confirmation from Jive that the resolution is complete, so if anyone is still experiencing any issues, please let me know.
Is anyone able to document a case whereby points are due but not assigned? Discussion IDs, assignments in your Inbox and screenshot of your Activity overview where those assignments are missing would be nice.
Thank you for your comments everyone. We had been getting a few reports of points not being applied intermittently over the past weeks, but within the last day the issue transformed from intermittent to widespread.
I am reaching out to Jive to see if this is a new issue that is affecting other Jive communities, or just us. As usual, the more details we can provide, the better. Thank you stigchel for posting an example. I have passed it along to Jive and am awaiting a response.
I will continue to investigate reports to narrow down when the points stopped working.
