Automatically delete tasks with deletion of .qvw file

Hello everyone,

In qlikview, when we delete a .qvw file, related task is not automatically deleted. We need to delete the tasks manually. Is there a way to delete multiple orphan tasks alongwith the .qvw

If it is not readily available in qlikview, can anybody help me with macro, script anything to automate this process? Currently I am using Qlikview 11 SR2.

Many thanks in advance

Regards,

Nita Prasad

You can delete it afterwards as well by simply clicking on the pencil next to the task and then disable reload.

But yeah, I must agree with Nita. It is very annoying  that QlikView doesn't do this by itself. Nita, follow Ashfaq's suggestion and create an idea there.
