I'm not receiving notifications from Community any more. I've checked the Settings on my Profile - Notification settings are fine. But when I go to the 'Email' settings - there is no email address and nowhere can I add one?
Yes, the email section is empty as you'll need to get in touch with our Customer Support team in order to update your email adress. The reason for this is because we're using the Single Sign-On across multiple platforms and we'd need to update your details so it'd work and be aligned in all areas.
