I'm aware of how to edit my profile and set privacy the issue is the email field is locked so cannot be edited and I would like this changed to a different emaill address.  Have you done it before?

Yes, Chanty is correct, please email CustomerSupport@qlik.com (formerly Qoncierge@qlik.com) and they will be able to update the email address associated with your Qlik account.
