I don't think this is possible but you can set an alternative dimension/measure so you can easily flip between the two.
I wouldn't recommend having a 2 dim 2 measure bar chart. It will probably be a bit unclear to your users.
You could also go down the extension route. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to create but that's a lot of hassle when you have alternative dimensions.
