404 not found with Qlik Sense Mashup

Hello,

I have a problem with Qlik Sense Mashup.

I make a mashup with Qlik Sense Desktop and everything work fine.

When I copy it on Qlik Sense Server, I have an error 404 for many ressources, like css folder, image folder.

Qlik Sense don't find the file.

I can attach this files if I import them via the Qlik Sense Mashup editor.

Then a small padlock appears on the files which I import with Mashup editor and Qlik Sense found them.

Is anybody know why Qlik Sense can't access to the file which is not imported by the editor ?

I work with Qli Sense 3.1

Thanks !

Paul

I don't know if this solve the problem but on server you don't have to copy the file, you have to import in management console.

Try this

Thanks Martin,

So, we can't developp mashup on server ?

We have to developp on our computer with the desktop version, then import the mashup with the managment console ?

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem.

We can't manually or with "import file" add a new file (html, js or .png) to our Mashup in our extension folder.

This file will not be read by the web server of Qlik Sense (for information Qlik sense is used on Windows Server 2008)

Thank you for your help.

Best Regards,

Jaymerry

Hello,

no, you don't have to develop in desktop, you can develop on server too. But you can't copy from desktop to server, you have to import.

Desktop should only be used for offline or evaluate, don't use it for enterprise.

I'm Ok, but when I import file, I can't keep my css folder, js folder and my image folder.

Qlik Sense put every file in the root extensions folder.

With the Desktop, I don't have this problem, the web server can access to all subfolder of my extension folder.

Is there not a parameter on the Server to give access to all the files in a directory?

Paul
