Access Error HUB (stays charging)

Good morning everyone, I'm having a problem.

I just migrate from Server1 to Server2 qlikSense. At the moment they are both active, when I try to access the HUB and from any pc QMC entered without any problems Server1 ..

But when I try to access from any pc to Server2 (which will be the one who will be productive) I can only enter the QMC and loading HUB stays indefinitely.

(Being in the Server2 allows me to enter the HUB AND QMC, the problem is from the outside.)


They know because it can be?

Did you update your white list on the new server in the QMC (virtual proxy)?  Is that URL the same one you were using for Server1?

Can you access the hub directly from each server?
