Access changes not updating on the users side

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. I have a #qliksense setup with several streams

1 individual have access to all streams. We have created a new stream and granted him access to the new stream as well.

The stream doesn't appear on his side but all other users that have access to the stream can see it on their hub.

I have tried removing his access from the other streams but it is like it is not refreshing on his side.

Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Hi Yoost,

Try to restart the services. Probably the central node is too busy and therefore the access rules are not applied correctly.

Thank you so much for the response. The node must have stopped working. Restarting the service fixed the problem
