I have rootadmin access still all the actions are disabled:

How to make it available. So that I can export & duplicate.

Hi,

Out of the box, the rootadmin role should have the option to perform these action.

It must be some security rules have been edited / removed / added.

If you're familiar with the security rules, you can locate the issue there.

You can add a new security rule by yourself, with picking the app access template and assign it to yourself or to rootadmin users, see image below.

Hi, I have same issue: More actions are disabled for me however I am root admin. I have created such rule you advised but more actions are still not enabled.

What else setting could prevent users to have access to more actions?

Hi I have the same issue where actions got disabled after having rootadmin and unable to duplicate app , please help me if anyone got the solution
