Active Directory User can not login after changing the Windows Password

Hi,

I have installed Qlik sense server in one of my client.And last 6 months it worked without any Problem,

One of the user changed his windows password yesterday.

After changing the password,the user not able to login to the hub.

How to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Already i have checked those posts.10 users are allocated in the server.remaining 9 users can access the hub without any issue.only the user who recently changed the password can not access the hub.
