I'm very new to Qlik and while I was able to learn a lot in the last weeks, I need some help with a task.
1. I have a simple chart that takes e.g. stock.date as dimension and =Sum(stock.qty) as measure. I also have a variable called vStockAdd, which I can change on-fly thanks to an extension. The variable holds a number of stock I need to add at or after a specific date in stock.date. If I change the chart measure to =Sum(stock.qty + $(vStockAdd)) , everything works and the value of vStockAdd is added to stock.qty, but how can I do this so it adds vStockAdd at a specific date or to all dates after a specific date? I hope it makes sense (no pun intended).
2. The above + add it to specific product at or after a specific date? Let's say I have stock.ProdID with values like Prod1, Prod2, Prod3, etc. However it will also be a variable - vStockProdID, which I could then change on-fly to manipulate the chart.
Any help would be appreciated.
