One of user is facing below issue, As iam a admin how can i resolve the below user request [ User is an admin of HR Folder].
User Issue:
We are the admins of HR folder but we were not able to open the dashboard from our local to add the service account in section access. Can someone help to add service account ‘AMERICAS\$qlikviewdev001’ in HR dashboards.
Please any one suggest how to resolve.
